George to the Rescue ✨

Ok! Ready for a long post…. here it goes. My take, my version, through the eyes of a designer & mom.

I have been a fan of GTTR for many years. I love what they do, what they stand for, all of it.

When I did a room for the Mansion in May show house a few years ago, George came and I was SO fan-girling! We became friends, I asked him constantly (sorry!) if I can help a family. Finally, after begging enough they asked me to be the designer on Hailey’s episode (link in bio!)

I loved it SOO much, they asked me back for Weston’s episode.
So here we are 😍. It’s simply amazing, bringing my gift of design and creativity to help this family is truly the best thing in the world. AND getting to watch it on TV with my little boys is even better. They see mommy designing, helping families- it literally lights a spark inside of me. 🌟

And Weston, he’s a very cool guy! Probably the best guy! I couldn’t have been paired with a better family. I love them, I love who they are. And… Kerry is a single mom with 2 sons, I mean come on, what are the chances 😘💃

I’ve come to conclude that 2025, 2026, and probably 2027 will be the years of kitchen and bath renovations.
Because… stay with me here, during Covid everyone was designing their offices, family rooms, bedrooms. NOW it’s time for the big renovations.
Also.. homes are expensive, so instead of buying, people are renovating.
I think I may be onto something… or I may be completely delusional.
Either way… thanks for reading 🤦🏼‍♀️😍

They say to go back to what you loved doing as a kid. For me, it was rearranging my bedroom. Every. Single. Week. 😂

Then came my college dorm, my apartments, and my own home! Somewhere along the way, that childhood love became a career—and now I get the privilege of designing homes for other people, too. 🤍

Little Megan would think this is pretty cool. 😍

We may be small, but we are mighty—with so much love to go around.

Hudson (almost 9) is my soul baby. He made me a mom and continues to teach me just as much as I teach him. And, Alex (5) brings his own crazy magic, laughter, and a lot extra chaos 🥰
