PHASE 1 IS COMPLETE! 🏡

We recently installed these beautiful cafe shutters (½-height Plantation Shutters) in a newly built home in Spring Lake Heights, NJ—and we love how clean, classic and coastal they look!

Cafe shutters are a wonderful choice when you want privacy and light control without completely covering the window. The lower portion provides privacy where it's needed, while the open upper portion keeps the rooms feeling bright and connected to the outdoors.

And this is only Phase 1…

We're currently awaiting the custom Hartmann & Forbes Handwoven Faux Roman Valances that will be installed above the shutters. The natural texture and warmth of the handwoven valances will add another beautiful layer to these rooms and really tie the entire window treatment design together.

We also installed full Plantation Shutters in the bathtub room for complete privacy and light control.

From “Someday” to DONE! ☀️🏡

This Manasquan, NJ home is a great example of why we love working with returning clients.

We originally installed beautiful 2.5" Horizontal Blinds in this home, and they looked great! But the client always knew that someday they wanted to upgrade to custom Plantation Shutters.

Well…this was the year! 🎉

We installed a combination of custom rectangular plantation shutters and specialty-shaped shutters for the home’s beautiful arched windows. The custom arched shutters follow the architecture of the windows, while the matching rectangular shutters create a cohesive look throughout the space.

A Beautiful Upgrade in Tinton Falls, NJ!

These windows went from 2.5" blinds with decorative valances to a much more substantial, custom look with 3.5" plantation shutters featuring a Ridge Trim profile, 3.5" louvers, and split tilt functionality.

And the difference is dramatic.

Because this home is located in a townhome community, privacy was an important consideration. The split tilt feature gives the homeowners the flexibility to close the lower louvers for privacy while keeping the upper louvers open for natural light.

For this waterfront home in Brick, NJ, we installed custom automated textured screen roller shades with coordinating fabric-covered cornices.

The goal was to provide privacy and light control while still preserving the beautiful waterfront view — and these shades strike that balance beautifully.

For this project, we layered woven Roman shades and custom, designer selected room-darkening traversing drapery to create the perfect balance of beauty and function.
