So we decided to start a new series where we break down some of the design details from recent projects to help you understand the terminology behind the design. From millwork to tile layouts to plumbing placement — we’ll be sharing it all ✨

There’s nothing like day one of a project✨

Demo officially started on our project The Brick House at Ballston Lake. We can’t wait to share the evolution of this already beautiful home as it gets a thoughtful update. From a brand-new kitchen and great room fireplace to a new office, mudroom, powder bath, and a standout foyer moment—we’ll be sharing weekly progress as the vision comes to life.

✨ Part 2: The Vanity ✨

This project was too good for just one post—this custom vanity by deserved its own spotlight.

At over 10 feet long, this custom vanity was designed to be a statement piece of the bathroom while still also bringing functionality to the space. To break up the scale, we anchored the design with a furniture-style bank of drawers in natural white oak between two navy vanities. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful details like built-in electrical outlets and dedicated storage for hot tools, making getting ready effortless.

Granite countertops, his-and-her sinks, and layered lighting complete the look—The result is a stunning master bath that the clients are ecstatic with. Thank you to our trade partners for all the work on completing this successful remodel

Every detail of this shower was chosen to bring texture, warmth, and a timeless design aesthetic. The fluted porcelain tile adds subtle movement to the walls, while the marble mosaic floor keeps the look classic and fresh. A granite bench and niche provide both durability and everyday comfort, creating a space that feels equal parts functional and luxurious.
