In senior living, the communities leasing fastest are rarely making design decisions at the last minute.

The strongest projects bring interior design into the process early, while layouts, programming, and material selections are still being shaped. That early alignment has a direct impact on how a community functions, how it’s experienced by residents and families, and ultimately how it performs over time.
