Ingredients:

1 lb chicken breast, diced
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
2 cups chicken broth
½ cup cream or milk
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh cilantro or green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté chicken until lightly browned.
Add onion and garlic; cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, beans, corn, and chicken broth; simmer 15–20 minutes.
Add cream and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Garnish with cilantro or green onions before serving.

Ingredients:

1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade)
4 large eggs
1 cup milk or cream
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gruyère, or your choice)
1 cup mixed vegetables (spinach, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms)
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ tsp dried herbs (optional: thyme or basil)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place pie crust in a baking dish; prick the bottom with a fork.
Sauté vegetables until slightly tender; spread evenly in the crust.
Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs; pour over the vegetables.
Bake 35–40 minutes until set and golden on top.

8 rice paper wrappers
1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup fresh pineapple, thinly sliced
1 cup lettuce or mixed greens
½ cup shredded carrots
½ cucumber, julienned
Fresh cilantro and mint

Dipping Sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

Instructions:

Mix meat, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper; form into small meatballs.
Bake 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
In a pan, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and ginger; simmer until slightly thickened.
