A little render dump 👉🏻

Yeah, they’re pretty images, but more importantly, they’re built from actual designs created by amazing interior designers, not a bunch of prompts and prayers. 😂

Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, commercial spaces, tiny powder rooms… if there are design decisions to make, we can render it. 💻

Floor plans are great. Mood boards are great. Samples are great. But seeing everything together? Whole different ballgame. 🤯

Sometimes the render confirms you absolutely nailed it.

Sometimes it says, “Okayyyy… maybe we rethink that.”

Both are useful. 😂

For my interior designers: your client doesn’t live inside your brain. A photorealistic rendering lets them finally see what you’ve been seeing all along. 😌

Friendly reminder that changing your mind here is significantly cheaper than changing your mind after installation. 💸

Scale is sneaky. Something can look perfect on paper and feel completely different once you see it in the actual space. 🧐

One tiny change can completely shift a room which is why I will happily move something six inches just to see…and I have! 📐

One of my favorite things about 3D rendering? Getting to see all those individual selections finally become a room. 👍🏻

This is your permission slip to try the bold wallpaper. Because, yeah, maybe you’ll hate it but what if you love it!!! 🫶🏻

For my homeowners: you do not have to be “good at visualizing.” That’s literally what I’m here for. 👋🏻

Even when it comes to details like art placement and size 🖼️

Pretty pictures are fun. Making expensive interior design decisions with a little more confidence is even better. 👏🏻

Got a space you wish you could see before it exists? That’s kinda my thing. 🤝🏻

Consider this your official invitation!

If you’re an interior designer still asking clients to look at a floor plan, a mood board and a handful of samples and somehow magically picture the finished room in their head, it’s time to admit we can do a bit better.

3D renderings let your clients actually see the design you’ve been talking about and all those tiny details you’ve spent hours obsessing over.

You’re already doing the hard part and creating the beautiful design. I’m just here to help you show it off properly. 😌

So if you haven’t entered your 3D rendering era yet…

Hi. I’ve been looking for you. 😂👋

Because yes, photorealistic 3D renderings make for a pretty presentation.

But more importantly, they give interior designers a way to show clients exactly what you’ve been envisioning instead of asking them to piece it all together from floor plans, material samples and a little imagination.

You can see how the layout works, how the furniture fits, how the finishes come together and make those big interior design decisions before it’s too late.

Less guessing.
Fewer surprises.
More confident decisions.

Very chic, if you ask me. 💅

So, interior designers… are you offering 3D renderings to your clients yet?

My ideal client?

Honestly, it’s probably you!

The person who’s staring at floor plans wondering if it’ll all come together.

The homeowner who’s about to make a really big investment and just wants to feel confident about their decisions.

The interior designer who has a beautiful vision but wants a way to help clients see it too.

The business owner trying to create a space people won’t stop talking about.

If you’re the kind of person who likes making informed decisions instead of expensive guesses, we’ll probably get along just fine. 😊

I hope today is kind to you.

I hope you hit every green light.

I hope one of the things you’re working so hard on finally comes together.

I hope you hear your favorite song at exactly the right time.

I hope you laugh until your stomach hurts.

I hope your coffee is exactly how you like it.

I hope the room you’re dreaming about starts to feel a little more real.

I hope you remember that you’re doing better than you think you are.

And I hope something unexpectedly wonderful happens to you.

The world could always use a little more kindness.

So if you get the chance, be the reason someone else has a really good day, too. 🤍

You know what the opposite of that saxophone trend is? The one where the music just keeps getting louder and louder and the situation just keeps getting sketchier and sketchier…

A rendering. Literally, the quickest way to cool your nervous system down when you’re making some really expensive, long term, interior design decisions.

Because instead of the panic getting louder, the questions get quieter. And if you’ve ever renovated anything, you know that’s a pretty amazing feeling.

Welp… I’ve finally made the move to redesign my website.

With a lot of help from Marketing & Advertising Agency | Long Island, NY I’m finally moving on from a site that, honestly, felt a little childish and unpolished to something cleaner, more modern, more informative, and much easier to navigate.

But for now, she’s offline… which is mildly terrifying. 😂

Time for a better portfolio.
A smoother experience.
More 3D rendering projects.
More FAQs.
Less “where do I click?” 😅

If you stop by over the next few days and see a page that says, “Oops… this page is still rendering!” just know I’m over here rebuilding the whole thing and it’s getting the same treatment I give every render; obsessing over the details until it feels right.

See you on the other side. I think it’s going to be worth the wait. 🤍

Oh and seriously people, if you need marketing help, call Rosanna at Marketing & Advertising Agency | Long Island, NY. She’ll get ya going in the right direction plus she’s a stellar human being so you can’t go wrong 🙂

I wouldn’t change a second!

I was a Deadhead who met a Clifford Ball guy, and three months later we were at Madison Square Garden for The Baker’s Dozen shows.

I’m pretty sure that first show sealed the deal. We actually got engaged during one of the Atlantic City runs a few years back, and now here we are. Married and still running around after this band 😂

These days, summer tour usually rolls into the Northeast right around my birthday, and let me tell you, Phish throws one hell of a shindig at The Garden. 🎉

I know I was pretty late to the party, and some people get super weird about that, but honestly, I’m just really grateful I found this band, the music, and this community.

This Garden run was probably wildly nostalgic for a lot of you, but I got to hear so much of that music live for the very first time.

And that felt pretty amazing. 🙂

I’ll see ya for New Years!!

Apparently my brain has very specific standards for overstimulation.

Explain how one missing dimension on a floor plan or a badly linked mood board can ruin my day, but I can stand in the middle of this chaos, feeling the floor vibrating beneath me, and be completely at peace.

You can’t.
Honestly, neither can I. 😂

A folder full of files named Final_Final_v2_NEW? Immediately no.

Broken material links? Absolutely not.

A floor plan that makes no sense? Straight to jail.

But Phish at Madison Square Garden with a crowd full of people absolutely loosing their minds, Kuroda’s rig going completely wild, and sensory input coming from every possible direction? Yes please and also, more of that! Thank youuuu!! 😂

Brains are weird, huh?

Anyways, I’m gonna channel this dopamine straight into a few 3D rendering projects before show #96 tonight.

Who’s coming with?! 😌💛⭕️

Render FAQ! 📢

Q: Are 3D renderings worth it?
A: If they help you avoid one expensive mistake, they’ve usually paid for themselves.

A: AI is great for inspiration. Professional 3D renderings are built from real floor plans, dimensions, materials, lighting, and furniture selections.

Q: When should I get a 3D rendering?
A: Before you start second guessing yourself or your choices.

Q: What do you need from me to get started?
A: Floor plans, elevations, inspiration images, material selections, and whatever else you’ve got. The more info, the better.

Q: How long does a rendering take?
A: Most projects take about 7–10 business days, depending on the size and specs.

Q: Can I make changes after I see the render?
A: Absolutely. That’s the whole point!

Q: How much do 3D renderings cost?
A: Pricing is project specific and depends on the size, scope, and complexity of the space. Send your plans and project details to

A: Nope! I work with interior designers, architects, builders, business owners, and homeowners.
