Stuffed Cabbages Rolls- OMG😱 DON'T LOSE THIS😋
Ingredients
1 cup COOKED long-grain rice (or similar variety)
1.5 pounds lean ground beef (or ‘extra lean’)
1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg
1 yellow onion , peeled and minced
⅓ cup parsley , roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic , minced
1.5 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried dill
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ to 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
42 ounces tomato sauce , divided (Three 398 millilitre cans or 14 ounce cans (roughly 5 cups). See point 5 below in recipe ‘Notes.’)
1 medium head green cabbage (you’ll need about 18 leaves for the rolls and another 8 to 10 or so for the bottom of the dish and over top.)
half cup of water (leftover from boiling cabbage)
fresh dill , chopped (garnish, optional)
Directions
Cook rice per package instructions and lay to one side. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit at this point too.
In a large bowl combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, egg, cooked rice, onion, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, dill, onion powder, red chili flakes (if using) and ½ cup of tomato sauce. Mix until combined.
In a large point of boiling water, add head of cabbage and boil for 8 to 10 minutes (carefully turn over partway through). Carefully remove. Don’t discard water because you will need to re-boil the cabbage as you start to peel off the leaves and you will need some of the water for your sauce.Note: Don’t fill pot all the way up because the cabbage will displace some of the water. Before boiling water, test how much the water will displace by placing the head of cabbage in the pot.
Once cabbage is cool enough to handle, carefully remove leaves and cut out core from each leaf. Once you start taking leaves off, you’ll likely need to add the cabbage back to the boiling water (to soften more leaves). Just boil for another bit, let cool enough to handle and continue removing leaves.

🍫🍓 Ingredients for Mini Chocolate Berry Cake (Serves 4–6)
🍰 For the chocolate cake: • 150g flour
• 30g cocoa powder
• 100g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 80ml milk
• 80g melted butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍓 For the berry cream filling: • 250g cream cheese
• 150ml heavy cream
• 80g sugar
• 100g strawberry or cherry puree
🍫 For the chocolate ganache: • 120g dark chocolate
• 100ml heavy cream
🍓 For decoration: • Fresh strawberries
• Mini macarons
• Chocolate drizzle
👩‍🍳 Method:
Mix the cake ingredients and bake at 170°C for 25 minutes.
Prepare the berry cream by mixing cream cheese, sugar, cream, and berry puree.
Cut the cake into layers and add the cream filling between them.
Cover with chocolate ganache.
Decorate with strawberries and macarons.

Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl
Juicy teriyaki chicken with tender veggies and fluffy rice coated in a glossy homemade sauce for an easy comfort dinner

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into bite size strips
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup shredded cabbage
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 to 2 tablespoons oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped green onions optional

Directions:

Season chicken lightly with salt and black pepper
In a bowl mix soy sauce honey brown sugar oyster sauce sesame oil garlic and ginger then toss chicken in the mixture
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked
In a separate pan steam or sauté broccoli carrots and cabbage until just tender
Mix cornstarch with water and pour into the chicken skillet then stir until sauce thickens and becomes glossy
Warm cooked rice if needed
Assemble bowls with rice vegetables and glazed chicken
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm

Ingredients

For the slow cooker:

2 lbs baby potatoes, halved or quartered if large
14 oz smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
1 small onion, diced, optional

Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy 😋😋

2 cans cream of chicken
2 cans water
2 packets chicken gravy
2 packs chicken breast
Mashed potatoes(I use the ones that come in a bag and just add some butter)
1. Throw the cream of chicken, water, and chicken gravy packets into crockpot.
2. Season chicken breast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
3. Place chicken in crockpot and let cook on low for 7-8 hours.
4. Take chicken out and pull apart with 2 forks then re add into crock pot then serve on mashed potatoes.
Rolls go great with it. There’s only 2 of us so I’ll have plenty of leftovers but there’s definitely enough to feed at least 5 people or feed you for multiple days.

🥣 Berry Yogurt Breakfast Bowl 🍓🫐🍌
✨ Ingredients: • 🥣 1 cup Greek yogurt

• 🍓 4–5 strawberries, sliced

• 🫐 ¼ cup blueberries

• 🍌 1 banana, sliced

• 🥭 ½ cup mango, diced

• 🌾 ¼ cup granola

• 🥜 1 tbsp peanut butter

• 🍫 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1️⃣ Add Greek yogurt to a bowl and swirl until smooth.

2️⃣ Arrange 🍓 strawberries, 🫐 blueberries, 🍌 banana, and 🥭 mango around the yogurt.

3️⃣ Sprinkle 🌾 granola and 🍫 chocolate chips on top.

4️⃣ Drizzle 🥜 peanut butter over the bowl.

Beef Samosa
Ingredients

Dough / Wrappers
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Water (to mix)

Beef Filling
• 300g minced beef
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 carrot (diced small)
• 1 tsp curry
• 1 seasoning cube
• Salt & pepper
• 2 tbsp oil

Method
1. Make filling
Heat oil → sauté onions → add beef and cook.
Add carrots, seasoning, curry, salt, and pepper. Cook till dry. Cool.
2. Make dough
Mix flour, salt, and oil → add water to form firm dough. Rest 15 mins.
3. Roll & cut
Roll thin, cut into strips/circles, fold into cone shape.
4. Fill & seal
Add beef filling and seal edges with flour paste.
5. Fry
Fry in medium heat oil until golden and crispy.

Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy

Ingredients:

1½ lbs (680 g) ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1 large onion, diced

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the patties on both sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and cook the diced onion until softened.

Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and thickened.

Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 15–20 minutes.

Transfer to a baking dish, spoon gravy over the top, and serve hot.
