Buldak Spicy Fried Chicken Tenders – Crispy, Fiery & Impossible to Stop Eating
For the chicken
600–700 g chicken breast or tenderloins, cut into large strips (about 1,3–1,5 lbs)
1 cup buttermilk or milk
1 packet Buldak-style spicy sauce
1 packet Buldak-style seasoning powder
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
0,5 tsp black pepper
0,5 tsp salt
Neutral oil, for frying
For the spicy glaze
3–4 tbsp butter
1 packet Buldak-style spicy sauce
1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
1 tbsp water (optional)
