I rolled the dice on a deal that popped up in my facebook feed, and I'm pretty sure I won. It seemed too good to be true, but the reviews were off the charts and it's from a real Italian coffee company, so I took the plunge. The starter kit is a steal, with the machine and 120, not a typo, pods for $99. These are single shot espresso pods, but you can also customize the long pour button to get your perfect cup.

I ordered it on Friday and it arrived today, because I'm on a hot streak. For my first try, I made a cinnamon toast iced protein macchiato and it was amazing. I used 2 of the pods for this coffee, because I like to live life on the edge.

Highly Recommend! I may order another for my upstairs office.

Happy Sunday tHasteMob! I am still working on the accessories, planning and courage to go live/post recipes and reviews. In the meantime, here’s a simple easy breakfast frittata!

I used diced potatoes, onions and sausage. Beat 2 eggs and added a splash of heavy cream. Poured the egg mixture over the potato mixture and topped with cheese. Baked at 400 for 12m. (Remember the pan handle will be hot - note to self) I added some avocado salsa to mine!

Tonight we went with frozen orange chicken for dinner and I wanted something similar to the buldak chicken carbonara with it. I cooked the ramen noodles and then found a recipe online that was pretty close. I didn’t have gojujang so I mixed ketchup, sugar and chili crisp. I didn’t have milk powder so I mixed ranch powder and kraft cheese powder. Combined those with a little milk, soy sauce, an egg yolk, black pepper, knore de pollo and a few tablespoons of pasta water and I had a delicious sauce to coat the noodles! All of the flavor but not as much spice.
