One thing I’ve learned over the years… your home has to work for YOU 🤍
And that looks different for everyone.
If you live in a small condo, you have to be intentional and realistic about what can comfortably fit in your space.
And interestingly enough, if you live in a 12,000-square-foot home, you can’t fill every room, closet, and corner to the brim and expect your home to feel good either.
Work with the space you have, not the space you wish you had. Be intentional with it.
A little personal background…
At just 18 years old, I became a mom, a wife, a homeowner, and a full-time employee. Needless to say, life got busy quickly.
I found myself overwhelmed and realized I needed to make some changes. I had to figure out what worked, and create systems that made everyday life more manageable.
Having an organized home quickly became a priority.
Through years of trial and error, I’ve learned that organization isn’t about perfection, expensive containers, or having a picture-perfect home.
It’s about working with what you have, being realistic about what fits your space, and creating systems that support the season of life you’re in.
And that’s still what I love sharing with others today.
I love helping people feel GOOD in their homes, while sharing the little things that help me feel better in mine.
Because your home should support your season of life, not create more work for you.
If you could magically organize one area in your home tomorrow, what would it be?
