It can be a sirloin or a ribeye, but look for quality here. Next, get those steaks seasoned early and allow them to come to room temp. Use a meat thermometer to get the perfect cook 👌

LOADED TATER TOTS 😍🇺🇸🙌

These were sooo good! Perfect for a Memorial Day side or easy appetizer. They are crispy, cheesy and the perfect bite to grab and enjoy the BBQ. 🤤 what topping would you add??

RECIPE: prepare tater tots according to package instructions. Skewer and add cheese, bacon, bits, and jalapeño slices. Place under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with green onion and ranch. ✅
