A little Field Trip Friday magic ✨

There’s nothing quite like the thrill of finding exactly what you envisioned.

We were on the hunt for two doors under 18” wide to create a custom bi-fold pantry door with authentic, timeworn character—and one massive statement door for the entrance to their new primary bath.

And when we say statement… we mean ORIGINAL OLD EUROPEAN DOOR. 🤌🏼

The patina. The history. The character.
You simply can’t recreate that kind of beauty.

Consider this hunt a SUCCESS. 🥂

Just wait until you see these beauties installed with their hardware…

If you were to ask me what my favorite pastime is, it would probably involve the beach and design-So basically, my dream is sitting on a beach designing something. 😂🌊

I absolutely love taking raw materials, ideas, and a blank space and turning them into something that feels completely alive. There’s just something so satisfying about watching a vision come together.

I’m SO excited about our waterfront property redesign! The first phase of the project starts soon, and the first big step is moving the primary bedroom from downstairs to upstairs and completely rebuilding the master bathroom.

Here are a few of the components we’re working with. I have my buddy Chat take my softwares CAD design and turn them into realistic renderings of what the finished space is supposed to look like. It’s pretty amazing to be able to visualize it before we actually build it.

I seriously cannot wait until we get to see all of this come to life in person. There’s nothing better than watching a design go from an
idea → raw materials → the real thing. 🤍

I can’t wait to see this design go from CAD to real life! Seeing all of these materials come together—the warm wood cabinetry, brick, plaster-like arch finish, and that gorgeous stone—is going to be SO good. 🤎

I had an excruciating week shopping for the most luxurious couch you’ve ever seen, pairing it with the coziest accent chair, and putting the finishing touches on the dining room. 😍

Needless to say, I’m one happy camper—and so is my client! 🤍

One of the biggest challenges with new construction is that it can feel beautiful… but lack personality.

For this stunning waterfront home, we’re doing much more than decorating—we’re completely reimagining the layout to make it work for the way our clients live.

The media room is becoming a luxurious primary suite, allowing the bedroom and bath to capture the incredible water views. That meant rethinking every square foot to create a spa-worthy bathroom and a custom walk-in closet without sacrificing function.

After a lot of planning, sketching, and refining, we found the layout that just clicks. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life.

Never underestimate the workout hiding in house chores. 😂💪

I just spent the last hour wrestling this slipcover… and let’s just say it won a few rounds. But in the end, I came out victorious (and definitely closed my fitness rings).

Buying a white sofa with two kids and dogs may have been one of my more questionable life choices… 😂 But if I had to do it all over again tomorrow, I’d order this exact same couch without hesitation.

Still my favorite piece of furniture. 🤍
