Candle Care 101
🕯️ A little candle care goes a long way.
Want to help your Wicked Clean Candle burn more evenly and last longer? A few simple habits can make a big difference.
✂️ Trim the wick before each burn
Keeping the wick around ¼ inch helps reduce soot and encourages a cleaner, steadier flame.
🔥 Let the wax melt across the surface
Especially on the first burn, give the candle enough time to create an even melt pool from edge to edge. This helps prevent tunneling.
⏱️ Don’t burn it too long
A few hours at a time is plenty. Long burns can cause the wick to get too large and the jar to become excessively hot.
🧯 Burn safely
Keep your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and away from drafts, pets, children, curtains, or anything flammable.
A little care helps you get the most out of every candle — and keeps your home smelling Wicked Clean. ✨
