This one isn’t finished yet.

But that view?
That view has always been ready.

A mid-century home in the hills.
Vaulted beamed ceilings that have been here for decades.
A living room designed around the city below.
A kitchen with a breakfast nook that looks straight out to the Bay.

Marble fireplace. Sculptural chandelier. A game table for the nights that go late.

We are in the middle of making this one everything it deserves to be.

They came back. That’s the best review we’ve got.

A late 1930s French Provincial home in West Portal.

Our clients the second time around.
That part never gets old.

They wanted one thing.

A kitchen that could hold a party.

The original layout didn’t flow.
Rooms that stopped where they should have opened.
A kitchen that felt closed off from everything.

We opened it up.

Dark red stained oak cabinets that feel warm and grounded.
A layout designed around gathering.
Classic bones. Bold new energy.

A 1930s home that finally entertains the way it always should have.
