Full-service & E-Design serving clients from coast to coast

A little dedicated space for getting ready can make all the difference. 🤍 Our Woodside Cottage primary bath involved some thoughtful space planning, and we were so happy to preserve this sweet little makeup vanity for our busy client. Proof that good design is just as much about how a space works as how it looks.

Twice a year, the design community makes its way to High Point, North Carolina, to discover new collections, uncover treasures for clients, reconnect with friends, and soak up fresh ideas along the way.

We’ve just returned from a whirlwind trip, and our heads are full of inspiration. Take a little peek behind the scenes at some of the deliciously beautiful things we saw. Our cups are full!

A few themes we’re especially excited about: a return to color, rich jewel tones and warm browns, heritage-inspired patterns like plaids, herringbone and allover florals, and those thoughtful finishing touches — fringe, contrast piping and beautiful embellishments. Game tables are having a moment, too, bringing a sense of playfulness and gathering to the home. And, of course, there will always be a place in our hearts for vintage finds and pieces with a story to tell.
So much to take in, so much to be inspired by, and so many ideas to bring home.

A little more texture. A little more warmth. A few deeper tones. Consider this our version of fall decorating.

We’re happily stepping into fall with its chilly mornings, golden light and the season of celebrations just around the bend. We’re embracing rich colors, rustic finishes, texture and earthy character as our latest sources of inspiration.

There’s something endlessly inspiring about designing beside the coast.

We love the way the light bounces off the backsplash in this kitchen from our project.

When our clients asked for a moody family room, we knew a little color drenching was in order. Because if you’re going for color, you might as well commit.

The result? A cozy place for this busy, globe-trotting family to land after their latest adventure. This home was all about creating a sophisticated cottage feel-collected, comfortable, and full of character. We can’t wait to share more!

We brought a light and airy classic feel to this dining room for contractor Lewis Design Build and his family. We added crisp wainscoting and textural wallpaper to the walls along with new furniture and lighting in a soft neutral palette. Swipe through for a look at the before and behind the scenes.

We’re so excited to finally share photos from our project! This home came with some charming details we couldn’t wait to highlight…the bathrooms, however, were not among them. 😅
And while we happily embraced a few shades of pink elsewhere in the home, the dated tile and extremely awkward layout of this shared teen bathroom had officially run its course. In its place, we opted for a sophisticated neutral palette that feels timeless, and much better suited to its very discerning teenage clientele.
