Lisa Behringer is the owner and principal designer at Splash Interiors, based in Seattle. She brings 17 years of residential and commercial interior design experience to the table, ranging from custom home build-outs and tenant improvements, to decorative updates and color consultations. Lisa honed her interior design skills at respected architecture and design firms in the greater Seattle area, a
nd has worked on projects both domestically and internationally. She designed interiors for a retail jewelry store in Beijing and a luxury clothing store in the Bahamas, as well as waterfront homes throughout the Pacific Northwest. Her work has been featured in LUX Interiors, Metropolitan Home, and Seattle Homes & Lifestyles. Lisa facilitates an effortless connection between architecture and interiors. Her understanding of design ensures that materials, furnishings, and artwork are never in contrast with their surroundings. Lisa is intrigued by the nuance of color and inspired by natural elements such as wood and stone; elements that repeatedly find their way into her interiors that she designs. While Lisa brings fresh, distinct ideas to every project, she wants the end result to be a reflection of the personality of both her client and the neighborhood. She enjoys getting to know her clients, and believes those relationships inform the project’s ultimate design. Lisa holds Interior Design degrees from Seattle Pacific University and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. She lives in Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood with her husband and two young children.
