Manisa Köfte-Kofte 45

A traditional Turkish köfte plate inspired by the flavors of Manisa, named after the city’s plate code: 45.

This dish features four handcrafted skewers made with ground beef and ground lamb, seasoned with salt only to highlight the natural taste of the meat.
Grilled to stay juicy and served over butter-soaked pide bread, with grilled tomato and green pepper, finished with parsley and sumac.

A side of plain yogurt completes the plate.

Tarsus lahmacunu, also known as fındık lahmacun (hazelnut lahmacun), is a small, crispy flatbread originating from the Tarsus district of Mersin, Turkey.
These mini lahmacuns are made with just 30g of dough, topped with a flavorful mixture of lamb and beef, red & green peppers, tomatoes, onion, garlic, parsley, and aromatic spices. Much smaller than the traditional lahmacun, they are lighter, crispier, and full of flavor.
