I went through my messages today and found several that were showing as read even though I had never actually seen them. If you’re trying to place a custom order, email is always my preferred contact so I can keep all custom orders, details, and conversations organized in one place.

I’m also going to be refining some of what I offer moving forward. One off custom orders are taking me much longer than anticipated, so I’ll be making a few changes to keep things manageable. As always, my turnaround time is still 10–14 business days, unless it is a patch order. Please keep in mind that I am a one person shop, and I’m doing my best to keep up.

Another order out the door for Xvision! 🙌

I’ve been doing embroidery for less than a year and still run everything on one machine, so bigger orders may take me a little longer.

I do not subcontract my work. Whether it’s hats, shirts, sweatshirts, or other apparel, it’s all done right here in my shop and checked by me before it leaves.
