Stop in and see what the Pact Rat has brought into the store over the weekend.

Calling all Stephen King (and Richard Bachman) fans! 📚✨
Our Book Nook inventory is getting a massive update! The whimsical volunteer assistant just brought in 10 whole 27-gallon totes filled with books—including at least two full totes dedicated entirely to Stephen King and his famous alter ego, Richard Bachman (yes, the Pack Rat knows they're the same person! 😉).
You'll find plenty of vintage copies and even several first editions hiding in the haul!
Here are the details:
When: Hitting the Book Nook shelf by this Friday (if not sooner!).
Shelving Order: Stephen King / Bachman titles are being prioritized first.
Policy: First come, first served—no holds.
What's Next: Up next after King will be vintage and classic titles.
Stop by The Enchanted Pack Rat inside Two Shabby Chicks LLC to grab your favorites before they're gone! Check the Store hours before you head over.

Hurry on in, check out the original post for info about the Enchanted Pack Rat's one day special sale.

Stop! Collaborative treasure time! The Enchanted Pack Rat is back and has officially staged an afternoon "takeover" of Two Shabby Chicks LLC today, Sunday, October 11, 2026! And just in case anyone asks... nope, this wasn't on the books! It's a spontaneous Shadow Shopping Event running from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM!
So, what’s a Shadow Shopping Event, anyway? It’s when a mischievous vendor (guess who?) has snuck in to "restock" during "off" hours, meaning the big overhead lights are bright—and if those lights are blazing, we might as well open the doors and let you shop the treasures we just pulled out! (A quick heads-up: we may have also negotiated a personal day for the A/C, so things are getting pretty cozy... just treat it like an early-fall workout!)
Here’s your intel on this unscripted Sunday surprise:
Standard Vendor Deals Are Safe: We've checked the list, and all normal sales, discounts, and standard booth activity from the incredible team at Two Shabby Chicks remain fully in effect.
The Rat’s Specific Offer: To truly mark the occasion of this Shadow Shopping Event, The Enchanted Pack Rat (Vendor #1969) is offering an additional 10% off normal-priced items from their unique space.
The (Anti-)Fine Print: We are not doing the whole convoluted "stacking" math. This 10% discount applies specifically and only to items from Vendor #1969. Your other favorite vendors’ items are subject to their own prices.
Don’t miss this unsanctioned opportunity! Swing by Two Shabby Chicks between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM today, support local small businesses, and grab a curated hoard of curios before the shadows (and the discount) fade away!
