A little sneak peek at what’s taking shape on our screens! 👀

This 3,000 sq ft new build is designed for a hillside lot that has overlooking a golf course, featuring dramatic arched windows, a connected garage, and a backyard pool.

Naturals aren’t going anywhere, but they’re getting a lot more interesting!

During our recent SAHBA Remodelers Council meeting, Jess shared how layering neutral materials, textures, and carefully selected colors can bring warmth and personality into a space.

At LD & DLH, we believe in collaborating, building relationships, and supporting the professionals who make our industry what it is.

Whether you’re an architect, contractor, installer, or fellow industry professional, we’re here to be a resource, a partner, and part of your team.

Because at the end of the day, we’re all working toward the same goal: building better, together.

Thank you for everyone who helped make this event happen.

Some of the most expensive construction problems start as very small decisions on paper. 👀

That’s why a good floor plan is about so much more than deciding where each room goes. It’s about thinking through how the home will actually function before construction begins.

Planning a remodel or new build? Let’s start with the right plans!
