Official Local Preliminary to Miss Mississippi

The Miss University Scholarship Competition is sponsored annually by the Ole Miss Student Union and Student Activities Association. Each candidate competes in the areas of personal interview, talent, on-stage interview/social impact pitch and red carpet. The winner of the Miss University Competition will represent the University throughout the year through speaking and entertainment engagements a

nd will compete for the title of Miss Mississippi in Vicksburg, MS during the summer. Previously five Miss University titleholders have won Miss Mississippi, and two have won Miss America.
