There is something wonderful about walking through downtown Waxhaw in the evening, when the streets grow quiet and the glow of the shop windows invites you to stop and take a closer look.

Behind these windows are little pieces of history, forgotten treasures, items that stir familiar memories, and maybe that piece that would go perfectly with your decor or collection.

That’s part of the charm of the Waxhaw Antique Mart. You don’t have to come in looking for anything in particular. Sometimes the best finds are the ones that remind you of someone, take you back to a simpler time, or just make you smile.

So the next time you’re strolling through town at night, take a peek in our windows. And when our doors are open, come on in. Wander a little, stay awhile, and see what speaks to you.
