šŸ¤Ž The Fritz & Hound booth is coming along!
A special thanks to a dear friend of mine that helped create the background to set the look into motion Andrea Fixitchick Hopping. If you ever need any custom work or wallpapering done, sheā€™s your chick. ļæ¼

Itā€™s been so exciting watching this little space transform from an empty booth into the beginning of something weā€™ve been dreaming about. Thereā€™s still plenty to do, but itā€™s finally starting to feel like Fritz & Hound!

We canā€™t wait to welcome you to the Fritz & Hound booth! šŸ¤ŽšŸ¾ Stop by and visit booth 101.

August 26, 1920.

The date marks a monumental milestone in womenā€™s historyā€”the certification of the 19th Amendment, giving women the constitutional right to vote.

But the story didnā€™t end there.

That victory was the result of generations of women who spoke up, stood together, pushed through opposition, and refused to accept that their voices didnā€™t matter.

And the work continues.

Womenā€™s Equality Day is a reminder that equality isnā€™t something we simply inheritā€”itā€™s something we continue to build, protect, and champion. Iā€™m thankful for my support system that continues to encourage me.

Every one of us is a part of that work.
Every voice. Every vote. Every woman who speaks up. Every person who supports equality and opportunity for others.

We can honor the women who came before us by continuing what they started.

Because progress happens when we refuse to stop moving forward.

šŸ¾šŸ¤Ž Waitā€¦ how could I have missed that yesterday was National Dog Day?!

Clearly, Iā€™ve been far too busy being supervised by the Hounds to keep up with the calendar. šŸ˜‚

Around here, every day is pretty much Dog Dayā€”but this gives me an official excuse to celebrate the real stars of Fritz & Hound.

Theyā€™re not just part of the name. Theyā€™re my constant companions, quality-control team, comfort experts, blanket inspectors, and occasionally the reason absolutely nothing gets accomplished.

So hereā€™s to the Houndsā€”the reason behind the name and a pretty big part of the heart behind Fritz & Hound.

šŸ¤Ž Today feels like a BIG day for Fritz & Hound. šŸ¾

Today, I officially signed the contract for the very first Fritz & Hound consignment booth #101
Paramount Antique Mall

What started as an ideaā€”a love of vintage treasures, estate sale hunting, design, and helping people see the potential in the things they findā€”is starting to become something tangible. And honestlyā€¦ itā€™s a little surreal.

There is still so much to do. So much to learn. So many treasures to find, restore, style, tag, and get ready for their new homes. šŸ˜‚

But today, Iā€™m taking a moment to celebrate this milestone.

The first booth. The first step. The beginning of something Iā€™ve been dreaming about.

Itā€™s all starting to come together. šŸ¤Ž

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me, followed along, shared my posts, bought a treasure, offered advice, or simply told me, ā€œYou should do this.ā€

The Hounds and I are just getting started. šŸ¾

Welcome to the next chapter of Fritz & Hound.

šŸ¤Ž A beautiful find todayā€¦ and this walnut wood is something to howl about! šŸ¾

I came across this gorgeous piece today and immediately saw the potential. Sometimes all a vintage piece needs is a little TLC to bring the beauty back to life.

Can you spot the before and after?

Here are a few of my go-to products for giving vintage wood pieces the refresh they deserve.

šŸ¤Ž This weekendā€™s estate sale findā€¦ and this one is staying with me!

Iā€™ve had an authentic pagoda on my bucket shopping list for what feels like forever. So when I spotted this beauty at an estate sale, there was no questionā€”it was coming home with me.

I love the thrill of the hunt, but thereā€™s something extra special about finding that one piece youā€™ve been searching for.

Now Iā€™m curiousā€¦ whatā€™s on your bucket shopping list? šŸ‘€

Have a hard-to-find piece youā€™ve been dreaming about? Fritz & Hound can help you hunt for it. And if you donā€™t even know where to start, I can help you create your very own bucket shopping list based on your style and the look you want for your home.

The hunt continues!
