I think it might be time to talk commissions! This big love was commissioned last Christmas by my lovely Sally at Panna Gelateria and Bakery after seeing an artichoke in Italy.

It's become one of my absolute favorites to make and I even have a giant demo one in my office because I love it so so much.

Shapes are truly an inspiration.

Have you seen something inspiring that you've fallen in love with but didn't nab (or couldn't because it was on someone's mantle or in a restaurant?) commissions are a great way to do that. And it is NEVER to early to think about the holiday gifting season.

One of the questions I get alot is why are my mini tea pots so small and are they functional?

Yes- they are sully functional and the perfect size for a single 6-8 punch cup of tea, which is actually the amount of tea that you are supposed to brew at. Time when it comes to green tea and oolong.

We are used to bigger is better but in the tea world that is only true of loose leaf leafs. Tea can be brewed up to three times so this little tea pot actually makes you three cups. Small night mighty!
