I recently engaged in a conversation with a customer regarding our culinary approach.

Despite having access to 100,000 recipes on Cookidoo, we tend to favor those that we enjoy cooking on a regular basis.

The recipe I selected is from the Polish collection 'Szybkie obiady,' which translates to 'Quick dinners.'

Specifically, it is 'Wieprzowina z pieczarkami w sosie własnym i surówką z kalafiora,' or 'Pork with mushroom sauce and cauliflower salad' in English.
To easily translate the dish's name, one can visit Cookidoo, type in the Polish name, and utilize the translation feature available on Android devices via the Google screen, which resembles a small camera.
This dish is delicious. I opted to use a pork filet for two people, 200g of cauliflower, which proved to be sufficient, and cooked green beans. As is often said, 'we eat with our eyes.'

Today, I had the pleasure of conducting a Delivery Briefing with a valued customer, who recommended exploring "Fraser Coast Gourmet Meats" a new butcher in Point Vernon.
My curiosity was piqued, prompting me to investigate further.
I subsequently purchased fresh pork and chicken and garlic sausages, which proved to be delightful.
Consequently, dinner consisted of mash potatoes, sausages, and a "Broccoli salad with red pepper and pine nuts", all prepared within 20 minutes with minimal clean up, requiring only a quick rinse of the bowl.

"Pudding chia z galaretką borowikowa" is a dish that can be consumed for breakfast on the go, morning or afternoon tea.
Instead following the recipe for gelly I used "Coulis" one.

I have prepared "Creamy coconut chicken curry" on numerous occasions, not only for personal consumption but also for demonstrations.

It is a consistently reliable and delicious dish.

In my opinion, the superior outcome is largely attributed to the tandori paste. Undoubtedly, homemade tandori paste is the best. 🏆

This time I add carrot and broccoli to cauliflower rice. No left overs.

With Cookidoo, you will never run out of ideas what to cook.

Tonight, we had "Garlic pork with vegetables and rice". Except, I cooked potatoes instead and doubled pork which means I had to repeat step 3).
