I've been busy with making and experimanting Blueberry jam by adding fruits and changeing amount of ingredients.

The best part this days to make jams is that I don't have to stand at the stove stirring constantly to prevent burning.

Now Thermomix does it for me with temperature control and constant blade rotation.

Couldn't do with out it.

I was running low with my Tomatoe Ketchup. Luckily I got box of tomatoes for a good price.

I started a production in my kitchen as I was using TM6 & TM7 simultaneously makes life easy lot's of fun on a wet day .

Those cute "Apple buns " not only look good, but they taste good too.

Perfect for morning, afternoon tea or school lunch boxes.

When you follow the recipe, there is always one or two ingredients that you don't like and that's ok. Substitute or adjust quantity to your taste.

That's why I love my TM7. I'm in control of what and how many ingredients I'm using to make the dish to my liking.

The "Apple buns" is a Polish recipe "Buleczki jablko". In this recipe I've reduced sugar & added more apples.

Dinner time- "Meatloaf" with a difference.
Instead using loaf tin, I've made into individual rissoles and bake them in the oven.

Served with steamed vegetables and potatoes. (No picture)
