Mixed media ATCs for my Banff trade pile ✨

I cut my cards with the Movie Night ATC kit, then played with some ink and powder on the background. I added texture paste through Art Journal Stencil 11 and topped the wet paste with WOW embossing powder for that gritty sparkle.

Finished them off with Off the Edge & Notebook Fragments dies and little bits from the Journal Ephemera pads.

Love how these little layers came together.

🎃 Journal kit FREEBIE 🎃

Thanks to Shaylee Morehouse for another fun prompt challenge. I started with 6 pumpkin cottages and turned it into an entire kit!!

It’s still not perfect, the pages aren’t all the same size, but I love the results 🧡 and I’m so pleased with how the ephemera turned out.

Feel free to download and create with but don’t try to sell as original images. Apparently there are some that do that but these are FREE 😉

✨ Another Gelli print background — same technique, different colours ✨

Same techniques as my previous 2 prints but I decided to try some blues and a touch of green 💚

The brocade stencil gave me that crisp damask detail and the layered blues built so much depth.

Once done I used Ai to smooth the seams and it cleaned it up nicely without changing the print.

Apparently this didn’t post here on Friday 😫

✨ Gelli print day — similar to Monday’s, but with a bonus! ✨

Same techniques as Monday, different results. I grabbed my backup brayer and it decided to be extra sticky right before the pickup layer. It lifted a chunk of the print!

Because I used my mini gel plate for the stamping, I got a bonus print — that deep red really changed that leftover paint.

I used Ai again to help clean up the brayer lift and smooth the seams. This time it changed the overall print and didn’t just clean it up.

Here are the results of my live today on the Elizabeth Craft Designs page.

I didn’t realize until I was done that the red pages don’t show up well in the red binder. That’s ok though, they will have lots of other pages around them and it will look amazing when the binder is full!!

✨Still more ATCs for Banff ✨

I added some powders for colour on my Backgrounds Volume 5 papers — love that soft yellow and blue combo that came through. Also a little texture paste through the stencil for added interest.

I cut all the cards and bases with the Movie Night ATC Special die set, then added the tickets, filmstrip pieces, and these sweet little vintage photos.

I tried another challenge from Shaylee Morehouse. This time the challenge was to create a patterned paper. I couldn’t stop at just one, so I kept going and was able to make a couple of cut-aparts too — a full little grungy industrial set! ⚙️

Still learning, still playing, but feeling good about it. 💛
