This Easy Black Bean Couscous Salad Disappeared in Minutes! 🥗🔥 Looking for a quick summer side dish? This colorful Black Bean Couscous Salad is packed with fresh veggies, protein-rich beans, and a simple vinegar dressing. I was out of lime juice, so I used only red wine vinegar—and it turned out delicious! 🥗✨ Ingredients:
• 1¼ cups chicken broth
• 1 cup couscous
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp red wine vinegar (used instead of lime juice)
• ½ tsp cumin
• 2 cans black beans, drained
• 8 green onions, chopped
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 cup corn
• ¼ cup cilantro
• Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 5 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and cumin.
3. Add black beans, green onions, bell pepper, corn, and cilantro.
4. Fluff couscous and mix into the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

After finding out more about the cooking competition, I have decided not to continue participating.

I learned that supporters can only vote once per day for free. If they want to cast additional votes, they have to pay. Personally, I’m not comfortable with that system and don’t want to ask anyone to spend money on my behalf, especially during these challenging economic times.

Realistically, I wouldn’t receive a huge number of votes anyway, and I don’t feel it’s fair for people to feel pressured to pay for extra votes. I truly appreciate everyone who was willing to support me, but for these reasons I have chosen to withdraw from the competition.

Cinnamon Roll Pancakes That Taste Like Dessert for Breakfast! These Cinnamon Roll Pancakes combine fluffy pancakes, a gooey cinnamon swirl, and a sweet cream cheese glaze for the ultimate breakfast treat. Perfect for weekend brunch or whenever you’re craving something extra special! Pancake Batter
• 1½ cups flour
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 1¼ cups milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Stir until just combined.

Cinnamon Filling
• ⅓ cup melted butter
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon

Mix together and transfer to a zip-top bag.

Cream Cheese Glaze
• 4 tbsp butter
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1¼ cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Melt butter and cream cheese together. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Cook:
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour ⅓–½ cup batter per pancake. Snip the corner of the cinnamon filling bag and swirl the mixture onto the pancake. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden. Drizzle with cream cheese glaze and enjoy!
