At just 11 years old, Invermere’s Bryce Lam is already running a small business that’s been turning heads across the Columbia Valley. The founder of Step Up to Yum can often be found at local markets, selling homemade baked goods that started as a childhood hobby and quickly grew into something more. In 2025, his work earned him Youth Entrepreneur of the Year from the Columbia Valley Chamber, a milestone that reflects both his early start and steady determination.

I'm on a flavor adventure!

As a creator, I have been experimenting with new flavor combinations and expanding into products with a longer shelf life as apparently I can't skip 2-3 days of school for market prep 🤨🙄🤣

Introducing my growing line of snack mixes! The Ultimate Snack Mix and its dilly ranch goodness has been a customer Favourite. Joining the party is the "OG" and "Sunshine & Rainbow" mixes. Any guesses what these might be??

It's Easter weekend and I'm very excited to be at with my tasty treats!
