Price Adjustment Notice 📣

Qualité Extérieure has announced an upcoming price adjustment that will affect certain products.

Effective September 1, 2026

An average 10 percent price increase will apply to all orders placed on or after this date. This change is due to continued increases in product costs and various external factors across the industry.

Good morning. If you are trying to reach us by phone, our connection to Rogers is currently down with no known date of when it will be back up. Our IT BrickHost company will be bringing by a Starlink for our use in the interim.
I will say that signing a 5 year contract with was possibly the single worst business decision I could have made. We are now 1 year into said contract and we are still working off a temporary modem, that goes down several times a day, while we waited for them to run the lines in,, dig the trenches, etc. All the outside work has been completed since late June, early July, yet we still have no internal connections - only yet another promise of mid to end of September.
Had I to do it all over again, I would have stayed with Tbaytel.

📣 Gentek Pricing Announcement 📣

Gentek has announced upcoming price adjustments due to continued increases in raw material costs across the industry.

Effective September 3, 2026
• Vinyl Products (Gentek Manufactured) will increase by 6 percent
• Align Composite Cladding will increase by 3 percent

Orders that include these products and are placed before September 3 must be picked up and invoiced by October 3, 2026. Any orders not completed by that date will be subject to an automatic price adjustment. Gentek may also limit quantities or allocate product based on availability at the time of order.
