We offer taster Crafternoons - two hours of craft & cake, day workshops, Birthday parties, hen parties, demo's & supper for visiting groups. If you are a group of three or more we can open just for you - create your own Crafternoon, just drop us a line to choose your crafts.

The shop smells gorgeous thanks to The Alchemist's Satchel - not only can you buy in the shop but we are running an Evening Workshop on Friday 10 July in the cafe area - come along and enjoy a glass of fizz before learning, building & creating your own scents from essential oils then learn to wick, mix and pour your own candles, using up to 3 of your own scents.

Thanks to Gillian of for coming to our Thoughtful Tuesday and showing us how to make these cute bears from clay.

Next Tuesday is for all carers, Claire from Westmorland and Furness Libraries will be there to share all that your local library can offer, Appleby Memory Club, Upper Eden Linking Lives are also with us & is visiting to make needlefelted brooches.

This week’s Thoughtful Tuesday is a warm, nonjudgmental, welcoming space for parents & carers of SEN children.

You can stick your head through the door & say hi or stay as long as you want.
There’s plenty of chat, a craft to try, coffee to be drank and a light lunch to finish.
Come & chat to others who get what’s it like to walk in your shoes -
