Firstly I'm not a business. House wife that enjoys sweet things. I hold a Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate. I don't make Celebration Cakes.

I do individual cheesecakes, cupcakes, basic 8" sponges 2 or 3 layers. (lemon being my most popular)

Thinking of putting up my big Ferrero Rocher Tree up for a raffle in November. There is 97 or 98 chocolates on it.
Raffle would be £2 a number and only 25 numbers...
If that goes well I will raffle smaller trees too.
