Baby boy's bedroom - roman blind in blue/white stripe fabric by Rose & Hubble.
This fabric is lightweight but by adding bonded blackout as an interlining it provides thermal qualities and keeps the room darkened for a better night's sleep. Child safety standard chain mechanism headrails used for all roman blinds.

French double pinch pleat handstitched heading. This colourful fabric is by Voyage. Curtains are interlined and lined.

A fan edge trim adds interest to a roman blind. The trim is handstitched in place in a "pocket" along the hem to conceal the braid.

Lovely walk around Dungannon Park today to end the holidays! Back to sewing tomorrow after a few weeks off. 2023 was another busy year - thank you to everyone for their continued business! Haven't posted pics of my work for a while so I will get a few posts up soon. Happy New Year - best wishes to you all in 2024!

A contrasting striped roman blind is the perfect solution to dress a narrow side window, while complementing the existing ochre curtains in the bay window of this living room. Add some piped cushions to tie it all together....

Stripes and pom poms for a little girl's bedroom!

Roman blinds fitted outside the window recess.

Ada and Ina 100% linen striped fabric with an organic feel. Pom pom trim from The Pompomery.

Interlined with bonded blackout interlining. As well as blackout and thermal properties, this gives a lovely structure to the blinds.

Curtains fitted on a 50mm linen white wooden pole. Curtain fabric: Melrose by Clarke & Clarke. Lined/ Interlined.

Perfectly framed!

Roman blinds look amazing in these windows with white painted architraves which create style and design element to the room.

Grey and ochre fabric supplied by Kenneth Charles & Son, Cookstown.

Blinds are lined and interlined giving good structure as well as having thermal properties.

Cushions in same fabric, piped and zipped.
