I don’t really have time for painting while setting-up a coffee bar at Olive Tree 😵‍💫 but sometimes you just need a little break. These are ‘Penny’s Roses’, who I never met but am getting to know through the beautiful garden her and husband Peter left behind. It’s not finished (and probably won’t be for the next few weeks!🤦‍♀️😂) but I wanted to capture them before they faded 🌺🌸 Now, where’s that ‘to do’ list…

How do you stay sane in busy times? 😵‍💫 I’m always striving for that elusive balance, even more so as a shop owner, and you honestly can’t beat a bit of sitting in nature with your furry friends for a quick reset👌🌿🧘‍♀️ 🐈🐈‍⬛… although I think my husband would prefer two weeks in the Maldives! 😆 (PS the birds really are that loud!)
