A little update about The Cake Shed 💔🧁

Unfortunately, The Cake Shed will be closed for the time being due to ongoing issues with people taking items without paying.

This is such a disappointing decision to have to make, especially when so much time, effort, love and care goes into every single bake. I put my heart into making these treats for you all to enjoy, and it is incredibly disheartening to know that some people feel it is okay to help themselves without paying.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has visited the shed week after week, supported us, purchased our bakes and helped make The Cake Shed what it is. 🩷 Your continued support, kindness and honesty mean more than you know, and we appreciate every single one of you.

Sadly, the actions of a few have made it difficult to continue as things are. Until I can get a suitable CCTV camera installed to help protect the shed and the hard work that goes into it, The Cake Shed will remain closed.

It really is a shame that it has come to this, and I’m genuinely sorry to disappoint all of our lovely, honest customers who have supported us along the way.

Thank you for understanding, for your continued kindness, and for being part of The Cake Shed community. Hopefully, we’ll be back up and running soon. ❤️🍰
