Downsizing doesn't mean compromising on luxury. When our client moved from a semi-detached house full of memories to an apartment, she wanted her new bedroom to feel like a true retreat.

Her brief? “Homey, Textural, Muted, Feminine, Warm, Calm, Modern, Soft and Colourfully Cozy, please”.

The Reality: To help her imagine her new sanctuary, we presented this 'enhanced' room image. The space feels incredibly soft, cozy & feminine. Just a few tweaks remain - such as relocating the artwork, adding a mirror, and pulling the rug out further into the room - but the vision is taking shape beautifully.

The Concept: Swipe to see the bespoke moodboard that started it all! It highlights how we layered textures using a beautiful Woven Floor Rug, a tailored Chest of Drawers, and a lively Kentia Palm. Upon seeing the palette, our client noted, “I love the colours. I would not have thought of mixing these shades together”.

They can be beautiful, functional, and deeply personal.

Growing up in London, Surrey, and Kent surrounded by Victorian, post-war, and mid-century houses taught me how timeless and adaptable they can be.

Now I specialise in transforming period homes. I preserve their charm while enhancing them for today’s lifestyle.
