💁🏻‍♀️ Every finished interior starts with careful planning.

📍Today I visited one of our projects in Krastova Vada, Sofia, where work has started on the second bathroom of the apartment.

⚒️At this stage you mostly see structure, plumbing and construction work. But this is exactly when the most important decisions are made.

The tile layout, shower position, wall thicknesses, built-in niches and every technical detail are carefully coordinated before installation begins.

📌 Next comes the exciting part, watching the design become reality.

✅ This apartment in Krastova Vada, Sofia is currently under construction, and I'm closely involved in every stage of the process.

🚨 Beautiful tiles do not automatically create a beautiful bathroom.

‼️ Before installation begins, the tile layout needs to be carefully planned.

We consider:

– where the installation should start;
– how the grout lines will align;
– where the tile cuts will appear;
– how the layout connects with niches, sanitaryware and custom furniture.

👉 Sometimes, just a few centimetres can change the balance of the entire composition.

✅ This is why I review the layout on site with the contractor before the tiles are installed.

🤌 A successful result is planned in advance — it is never left to chance.

Apartment in Krastova Vada, Sofia | From design to reality

📍Today I visited one of my apartment projects in Krastova Vada, Sofia.

At first glance, it looks like we're simply discussing how to install the bathroom tiles.

In reality, this is where many of the most important decisions are made.

Tile layout, grout lines, material transitions and alignment all need to be carefully planned before installation begins.

My work doesn't stop after creating the design and 3D visualisations.

I stay involved throughout the construction process to ensure the final result reflects the original concept.

I can't wait to show you the completed bathroom.

Why did I choose this shape?

When designing spaces for children, I try to think beyond colours and furniture.

Every room should feel like part of the same story.

That's why the little house motif appears throughout the project.

You'll find it behind the sinks, in the wall details and in other elements that connect the different spaces.

Good interior design isn't a collection of beautiful ideas.

It's a complete concept where every detail has a purpose.

This is another step in my kindergarten project in Sofia.

😊 A little behind the scenes from one of my current projects.

📌 This old building in Sofia is being transformed into a new kindergarten.

⚒️ All internal walls were removed and the space is now being rebuilt with a new layout for a nursery group and three groups for older children.

👉 My work includes the interior design concept, 3D visualizations, custom furniture design, material selection and part of the material coordination.

💁 The first visualizations are now ready, starting with the sanitary areas and the nursery activity room.

✅ The goal is to create a space that feels calm, warm, playful and functional, without becoming visually overwhelming.

Soft colors, natural wood, terrazzo, rounded shapes and repeated details connect the different spaces into one complete design concept.

This is the part of interior design that nobody posts about.

Dust.
Wires.
Construction noise.
Hundreds of decisions every day.

Most people only see the beautiful renderings and the finished interiors.

But between the concept and the final result there are drawings, site visits, contractor coordination, material selections and countless details.

We are currently in the construction phase of one of our projects.

In a few months this space will become a warm and functional home.

Today, however, it looks exactly like this.

A small bathroom doesn't always look small because of its size.

Very often the problem comes from:
• inappropriate tile size
• too busy patterns
• dark grout
• incorrect laying direction

These details can visually shrink the space even more.
