This spectacular, very fine antique oversize Heriz arrived today and went straight into my workshop for a gentle tidy up. I’ve not seen such a fine quality in a large size before, so many different greens (4) and blues (5) and the overall effect is truly monumental. Imagine what this can do in your home…..WOW!!

A charming early 18th century Flemish tapestry depicting a young man running along with a kite under supervision from a seated guardian. It seems to me to be a very unusual scene and I absolutely adore it. Nice fresh colour- look at those red tones in the garments and the boys legs- and perky well balanced verdure. Versatile size of 163 x 231cm / 5’4” x 7’7”
