The vision was clear. The build-up had other plans. 😂

A little creative direction, a lot of teamwork, some questionable energy levels, an impromptu twirl and Jonathan making sure the camera catches his best side. 👀

Behind every exhibition stand is a team making it happen, a few last-minute decisions and at least one person wondering when it’s time to sit down.

Day 1 at G39. The rugs are going down, the stand is taking shape, and we’re getting there!

Richa Walia
Founder & Creative Director, Northwest 35

Trained in architecture, urban planning and performing arts, Richa’s approach to rug design is shaped by abstract art, different cultures and design traditions. She founded Northwest 35 after a fruitless search for hand-knotted rugs that combined classic craftsmanship with contemporary design.

Mauro Casamatta
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman, For Living

With a background in Management Engineering and international export, Mauro later moved into Italian furniture and interior design. He co-founded For Living in 2010, bringing together Italian craftsmanship, bespoke interiors and expertise in complex international projects.
