Welcome downstairs… where things get a little more fun. 🥂🎱🎬

The basement at our Harold Ashwell Project was designed as the ultimate entertainment escape, with every space giving you another reason to stay a little longer.

It starts with the games room, where warm oak, timber slatted walls and beautiful statement lighting set the scene. There’s a pool table, darts, arcade games, incredible artwork and a beautifully illuminated w**e display tucked beneath the staircase. Because naturally, competitive spirit requires refreshments. 🍷

Move through to the bar and the mood shifts. A glowing stone backdrop, elegant brass detailing, rich navy seating and layered lighting create a sophisticated space made for pouring a drink, pulling up a chair and settling in.

And then comes the final destination… the cinema. 🎬
A huge, sink right in sofa, oversized sheepskin loungers, soft layers of texture and a full cinema setup create the kind of space where one movie very easily becomes three.

Play. Pour. Lounge. Watch. Repeat.

This is entertainment, Changing Spaces style. ✨

This Main En-Suite is a celebration of contrast; dramatic botanical wallpaper against beautifully veined stone, warm brushed brass against crisp whites, and fluted glass adding softness, texture and just the right amount of intrigue.

A sculptural freestanding bath takes centre stage, while bespoke fluted joinery, statement mirrors and carefully considered lighting turn the everyday rituals into something a little more luxurious.

Bold. Unexpected. Slightly decadent. And completely unforgettable.

Because sometimes the most functional room in the house deserves to be the one with the most personality. 🤍

The details that make a bedroom feel entirely its own. ✨

For this Main Bedroom, we layered rich colour, tactile fabrics and bespoke detailing to create a space that feels luxurious, warm and wonderfully personal.

The deep teal upholstered headboard sets the tone, balanced by soft neutrals and unexpected touches of burnt orange. Statement patterned scatters and the beautifully upholstered occasional chair bring personality into the room, while keeping the palette connected and considered.

And then there are the quieter details — custom fluted timber bedside pedestals, warm brass accents, softly glowing stone lamps and layers of plush texture that make the room feel as inviting as it looks.

We love a space where the closer you look, the more there is to discover. 🤍

One suite. Two distinct moods. One completely considered design. ✨

The Main Bedroom Suite was designed as an experience, flowing from the rich, cocooning atmosphere of the bedroom into a light filled en-suite bathroom where pattern, stone and warm metallic details take centre stage.

In the bedroom, deep teal velvet creates the foundation for layers of burnt orange, charcoal, timber and pattern. The oversized upholstered headboard brings drama, while bespoke fluted pedestals, glowing stone lamps and a statement occasional chair add those individual moments that make the room feel collected rather than simply decorated.

Step through into the en suite and the story evolves.

A bold botanical wallcovering transforms the far end of the bathroom into an unexpected focal point, complemented by the patterned occasional chair and sculptural pendant lights. Beautifully veined stone carries through the vanity, shower and toilet area, while warm brass finishes soften the palette and bring a sense of understated glamour.

Fluted glass creates privacy without closing off the space, and the freestanding bath sits quietly alongside soft sheer curtains and natural light. Even the smallest spaces were treated as an opportunity for detail, with timber, lighting and stone carefully layered throughout.

Bold where it needs to be. Calm where it matters. And full of details worth looking at twice. 🤍

A room that proves the details are never just details. ✨

There is something so special about a space that reveals more the longer you look at it.

From the custom rug that anchors the entire room in painterly shades of blue, cream and charcoal, to the beautifully sculpted furniture and bespoke joinery, every element in this main bedroom lounge was chosen to contribute to the bigger picture.

The statement stone bookcase brings drama and permanence to the room, softened by warm timber shelving, integrated lighting and carefully curated styling. A wonderfully generous curved sofa creates an invitation to settle in, while that gorgeous blue occasional chair adds just the right moment of colour.

Then there is the architecture itself. Soaring white trusses, streams of natural light and beautifully layered window treatments give the space its sense of openness, while texture and warm lighting bring it back to something intimate and inviting.

It is luxurious without feeling precious, sophisticated without feeling formal and, most importantly, designed to be lived in. 🤍

When your bedroom has its own lounge, it deserves to feel this good. ✨

Designed as an extension of the main bedroom, this private lounge is all about creating a space to truly switch off. A generous, beautifully curved sofa invites you to sink in, while the sculptural occasional chair brings a rich blue tone into an otherwise soft and calming palette.

Underfoot, the custom designed luxury rug becomes an artwork of its own, pulling together the blues, creams and subtle neutrals found throughout the space. Bespoke joinery adds another layer of detail, with dramatic stone framing, warm timber shelving and integrated lighting creating the perfect backdrop for a carefully curated collection of books and objects.

Above it all, the exposed white trusses and abundance of natural light give the room an incredible sense of volume, while textured wall finishes and layered curtains keep it feeling warm and intimate.

Comfortable, considered and quietly luxurious. Exactly what a private main bedroom lounge should be. 🤍

A striking four poster bed takes centre stage, framed by an oversized botanical mural in the most beautiful teal tones. Warm timber, soft layered textiles and touches of brass bring richness to the room, while the vaulted ceiling gives the entire space a wonderful sense of openness.

And just beyond the bedroom, the ensuite continues the story with calming blue green tiles, bespoke timber joinery, illuminated shelving and a sculptural freestanding bath.
