Sourcing a statement piece at the Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour.

Today I visited Jaipur Rugs, where every piece is knotted entirely by hand in India. Not by one person, but by several weavers working side by side for months on a single rug.

You feel it before anyone explains it. There’s a weight to something made by hand. This is what I want clients to understand. The best pieces aren’t bought, they’re made through thousands of hours of one family’s work.

This is the part most people never see, a 2 bedroom flat with the walls unpainted, the floors bare, and every decision still visible before it disappears behind the finish.

I’m walking you through where the panelling goes and why, how the light will be layered, the materials chosen to make a ground floor flat feel calm, warm and anything but dark. Every choice here is deliberate. On a site like this, the ordinary ones are where rooms are won or lost.

Found the coolest design in luxury hardware right now.

These are handles from FIMA Carlo Frattini SLIDE collection, and I love the idea behind them: the faucet itself stays incredibly restrained, while the handle becomes the expressive part.

Metal can be engraved and worked by hand. Other versions use wood, stone and translucent materials, so one very small architectural detail completely changes the character of the piece.

It’s exactly the kind of detail I look for in interiors. Something functional, beautifully made, and interesting enough that you want to get closer to understand it.

We design at the meeting point of two things most people treat as opposites, function and elegance. A room that looks beautiful but doesn’t work is a failure. The craft is in refusing to choose.

And our signature? It’s deliberately unfinished. It evolves with every project, every client, every space that asks a new question. A style that stops changing is a style that’s stopped listening.

The door handle is the most touched object in a home and the most overlooked one.

These are hand-cast in bronze and brass, each one finished to carry its own texture and patina. No two identical. No straight lines where a curve could live instead.
