Riding through the olive groves with incredible views to the sea and a Hunter’s Moon with Ased Molise Italy 🇮🇹 is capturing my heart ❤️ And we saw really BIG wild boar prints that were very fresh with dogs barking ferociously down the valley, think we were lucky!!!!! And the puppies….how we didn’t bring one home! These are Maremmano-Abruzzese Sheepdogs that protect the animals from the wolves, ferocious but so gentle. One jumped up to kiss my ear, just an inch as they’re pretty much as big as me 🤣 Thank you Gean Luca, Giovanni and Alessandro 🥰. And huge thanks to Mark Underwood for driving us, sunset drive home was spectacular until we remembered about the wolves and wild boar ###

And we joined the Olive harvest with Nicolleta & family, trees from 40yrs to 200 yrs old, laden with unctuous olives and incredible views, lunch of olive oil soaked bread with their home made sausages and w**e. Dreamy. The kids didn’t want to join this one but we did learn a lot about the local wolves so we may be up super early to see if we can see them..from the safety of the car!!!! 🇮🇹

We’re in Italy so had to learn how to make pasta!!! The amazing Nicolette at showed us how along with the most incredible tomato sauce, cheese meatballs and a prune tart……AND we had pumpkin with their own olive oil, all the ingredients are grown by the family, made by the family or bought locally, all organic!!! Newport Food Festival 🎃🎃🎃🤩these recipes are coming home 🥰.

So much fun working with Monmouthshire online tonight, embracing the pumpkin love to make frittata, lots of adapting the recipe to personal tastes, not peeling the veg and pumpkins 🎃 !!!! So proud of them all for prepping, chopping, cooking and feeding their families Huge thanks to Tesco Chepstow for funding this incredible initiative ###x
