Happy November! This month we're hosting lots of workshops about gifts. At these workshops, you can learn how to make a thoughtful, handmade present over a couple of hours. The projects are all very fun, approachable and customisable.

A great chance to get ahead before the festive season arrives!

Happy Halloween! Today we hosted our children's Halloween fashion show. We had a wonderful time seeing all the imaginative and sparkly costumes worn by Southampton's most talented models.

Our attendees included such terrifying creatures as vampires, ghosts and migratory waterfowl...

There is still time to register for our Children's Halloween Fashion Show!

Children will be able to show off their costumes and win prizes in this fun and completely free half-term activity. If you'd like to register, just send an email to [email protected] or pop into the shop before 11:30am tomorrow.

A few photos from a recent Wednesday Skills Centre, where Shabnam introduced attendees to the technique of foundation piecing. Their work includes some very well chosen fabric combinations and precise sewing!

Behold! A lovely crochet bag made by one of our talented customers, featuring some very soothing colours and adorable berry designs. It's fantastic to see secondhand materials being given new life in projects like this one.
