Is it just us, or is writing this before lunch making everyone a little hungry? 🤭🍽️

One of the highlights from Eric Lanlard's live demonstrations at Harrods was this beautifully curated summer menu, bringing together two elegant recipes designed for sharing.

The rustic Smoked Chicken Galette with Roasted Summer Vegetables was packed with vibrant Mediterranean flavours, crisp golden pastry and colourful seasonal produce, before giving way to the fragrant Bergamot & Myrtilles Almond Pound Cake, bursting with bright citrus, vanilla and juicy wild blueberries.

Served in Emile Henry's timeless Madeleine collection in the Vanilla glaze, every dish looked just as beautiful on the table as it did fresh from the oven.

Safe to say... we'd happily take a plate of both. 🤍

One of the standout creations from Eric Lanlard's live demonstrations at Harrods. 🍓✨

This elegant Strawberry & Matcha Dessert brought together delicate layers, vibrant seasonal strawberries, silky vanilla mascarpone cream and just a hint of Japanese matcha to create a beautifully balanced summer showstopper. Finished with Eric's signature eye for detail, it was every bit as impressive to watch come together as it was to admire.

Beautifully presented in the Emile Henry Madeleine Heart Dish in Vanilla, the recipe perfectly captured everything we love about summer baking - fresh flavours, timeless elegance and desserts made to be shared.

A huge thank you to Eric for inspiring us all with such a stunning creation. We have a feeling this won't be the last time it's making an appearance in our kitchens... 🤍🍓

One week ago today, the Harrods Demonstration Kitchen was filled with the sights, aromas and excitement of live baking as renowned pâtissier Eric Lanlard showcased beautiful seasonal recipes using Emile Henry cookware.

Throughout the day, Eric demonstrated how the beautifully crafted Madeleine collection brings both performance and elegance to the kitchen, with every recipe highlighting the exceptional quality and timeless French craftsmanship that Emile Henry is celebrated for.

From expert baking techniques and delicious creations to conversations with fellow enthusiasts, it was wonderful to see so many of you stop by, ask questions and experience the collection in action.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to Eric Lanlard for sharing his incredible talent and passion. It was a truly memorable day, and we're delighted to look back at some of our favourite moments. ✨
