Welcome to Barnard Flooring…….. covering floors of Sussex, Kent and Surrey for over 21 years 😁💪🏽. This one of our latest jobs in Haywards Heath West Sussex. We installed this beautiful LVT from to what will be a newly renovated kitchen/diner, hallway and cloakroom toilet.
Before starting we filled all the gaps around the door frames ready for screeding, this would stop the screed from running away which in turn would affect the levels of the screed. We then primed the concrete subfloor with EcoPrimT primer before pouring a generous 4mm skim of Ultraplan Renovation fibre reinforced screed. This is a beautiful product which gives not just a solid base to work on but smooth too! The LVT was fully bonded to the screed using F48 High Temperature LVT adhesive. We love the colour, texture and finish of this floor. What do you think?

Welcome to Barnard Flooring, we’re specialists in all LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring.
Here’s one of our latest jobs right here in Wivelsfield Green East Sussex. We supplied and fitted Elements Inspirations - Limed Oak to this spacious lounge diner.
We first uplifted the existing carpet, underlay and gripper rods. Then once swept and hoovered we applied a generous coat of EcoPrimT Plus floor primer. Once dried we then applied a 4mm coat of Ultraplan Renovation fibre reinforced screed. We then installed the LVT planks using F48 High Temperature LVT adhesive. The end product looks incredible. This range gives so many benefits with a relatively cheap price tag compared to brands such as Karndean and Amtico. The benefits include a .7mm thick wear layer (one of the thickest on the market), a UV resistant surface, a registered embossed real look surface texture….. plus it’s highly scratch resistant 😁 all of which the aforementioned brands don’t give you! Welcome to Barnard Flooring, specialist in the supply and installation of Cork Flooring. Here’s one of our latest jobs in Henfield West Sussex.
We supply and installed Granorte Natural 4mm glue down Cork - Twist throughout this bungalow. What a transformation 😁. This was installed on 9mm SP101 diamond grade flooring plywood and glued down using Eurocol 530 Cork Flooring adhesive. Welcome to Barnard Flooring your flooring specialists based in North Chailey East Sussex. We do love a good carpe tile job 😉.
Here’s one of our latest jobs in Haywards Heath West Sussex. We supplied and fitted XLNC nylon carpet tiles to this communal area in a block of flats. It previously had 2 layers of carpet which were stuck to the concrete, these were taken up and the subfloor prepared with No Amonia latex screed to the first floor and half landings. We also made good around 2 manholes. We installed a new 17mm coir entrance mat. If you’re interested in getting carpet tiles for your project…….
