Simply fantastic - chanterelles mushroom made at home 😍😋

Sometimes you just need to add everything into a bowl, and let the flavors do the rest. This is exactly what I did with this dish, as it only needed onion, salt, pepper and parsley besides the mushroom for a fantastic culinary result 🤩 I served it with bread and some greens for texture to bring it all together 😋

From Toronto to Budapest - a taste of Hungary 😋🇭🇺

If you travel from Canada to somewhere as far as Hungary, it's always a good idea to make sure that you make the most of it. This is why it was such a pleasure to show some of our greatest delicacies to my lovely guests from Toronto 🇨🇦 who decided to explore Hungarian cuisine with me on a personal food tour 🤩 Other than the fantastic meals and drinks I also added "Pöttyös Túró rudi" which is a very popular Hungarian sweet - sweet cottage cheese covered in dark chocolate 😋🍫
