May tanong sa amin bakit daw 12mm na bakal ang ginagamit namin sa poste at beam, hindi ba pwedeng 10mm lang?

Ang sagot: Ang sukat ng bakal ay batay sa detalyadong structural analysis ng bahay niyo.

Kalkulado ito ng aming civil engineer, si Engr. Romeo Noriel D. Casia, para masiguro ang kaligtasan at tibay ng istraktura, lalo na't nasa seismic zone tayo dito sa Bicol.

Ang paggamit ng 10mm imbes na 12mm ay maaaring makompromiso ang tibay ng bahay at delikado, lalo na sa lindol.

Para sa amin, hindi pwedeng tipirin ang pundasyon at istraktura. Ang goal namin ay makagawa ng ligtas at matibay na bahay para sa inyo.

We just praying na makinig ang aming client sa pinapagawa nyang bahay. At just hoping the contractor will follow the approved building permit drawing.

We're incredibly proud to share the completion of one of our first-ever design projects: the Hemodialysis Center in Sorsogon, designed for Gubat St Anthony Cooperative - GSAC. This project holds a special place in our hearts as it’s one of our biggest undertakings.

A huge thanks to GSAC for entrusting us with this important project. We're elated to see our design come to life, transforming healthcare access in the region.

In one of the photos is Arch. Cas Rochelle Dioneda, who was the visionary behind the design. Not in the photos but worth mentioning are Engr. Bon Romeo Noriel D. Casia, the structural mastermind, and Engr. Boy Romeo Czar Casia, the electrical engineering expert.
