A concept design for a private resort in Lanao Del Sur.

The exclusive seaside resort is envisioned as a tropical veranda/colonial revival masterpiece. A white stucco building with symmetrical bays and two stories, with square columns, black metal balustrades, and deep covered verandas on both levels. You can easily transition from inside to outside thanks to the large French doors with transoms and black mullions. A red terracotta hipped roof with wide eaves offers shelter from the sun and rain. In keeping with its tropical setting, the design places an emphasis on passive cooling and natural ventilation. Using the natural splendor of the beach as its inspiration, this plan seeks to build a luxurious refuge that will last for generations.

White stucco, smooth concrete, warm teak/ipe wood accents, a stacked stone feature wall, a cantilevered second floor balcony, and large horizontal overhangs characterize this modern tropical two-story residence with a rooftop terrace. Subtle wall sconces, recessed can lights, and floor-to-ceiling sliding doors framed in black metal provide a contemporary, serene atmosphere. Grassy lawns, palm trees, and understory plantings of broadleaf plants characterize this verdant tropical garden, which is partially screened by a low concrete wall. With a flat roof carport and a concrete stepping stone walk enhancing the whole concept, the design embodies a freshly rained calm and is serene, sophisticated, and resort-like.

A concept design.

The building is a modern mixed-use bank and retail structure in 1st district of Albay. It has rectilinear volumes, flat roofs, and an exterior with white stucco, light gray concrete, stacked stone piers, wood soffits, and clear glass storefront glazing. The design features deep overhangs, cantilevered balconies, and recessed shopfronts, as well as a corner pylon sign, rhythmic vertical slats, and layered canopies.

The concept design.

This modern A-frame resort cabins that are tucked away next to a tranquil tropical river. A seamless blend of luxury and relaxation is exemplified by the design, which combines a harmonic fusion of contemporary aesthetics and natural surroundings. In order to provide guests with an experience that is both compelling and immersive, the passive and stunning A-frame structures have been designed to fit in seamlessly with the lush tropical landscape setting. Residents are able to take in the splendor of their surroundings thanks to the open floor layout and expansive windows that enable them to bring the outdoors inside. The cabins are intended to be a haven of tranquility, providing a one-of-a-kind retreat that is both luxury and rooted in the natural world.
