Nothing makes us happier than hearing how our homeowners felt about the journey. 🏡

Renovating a home is a big commitment, and even more so when you’re juggling a demanding work schedule. For this homeowner, finding an ID who could take charge of everything from start to finish was a must. Here’s what she had to say about working with 9 Atelier:

“I was introduced to Aric by a friend, and he turned out to be an absolute lifesaver. Because of my busy work schedule, I needed someone who could manage the entire renovation from start to finish with minimal involvement from me, and Aric exceeded my expectations.

I have to admit, I was a little hesitant before our first meeting because most of his portfolio online showcased Modern Luxury projects which wasn’t the style I had in mind. However, the moment we met, those worries quickly disappeared. His passion for design and his genuine commitment to creating a home tailored to the homeowner’s preferences were evident from the start. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offered thoughtful recommendations..."

This ceiling curves in one unbroken sweep through the whole home, a warm cove of light following it the whole way. No cornices, no flat white slab. The fifth wall, treated like it matters.

It's the smallest room in the flat, but it might just be the most beautiful. Dark stone floor to ceiling, a carved marble bowl that sits like a sculpture, a halo mirror that is the only light in the room.

Everyone else treats the bathroom as the room you rush out of. We treat it as the one worth staying in.

Nothing speaks louder than hearing it from the homeowners themselves. 🤍

Here’s Josephine’s full review of her home with 9 Atelier:

“We couldn’t be happier with how our 3-room flat turned out! Aric didn’t just design a space; he truly created a warm, beautiful home that we look forward to returning to every single day.

What sets Aric apart is his incredible attention to detail and genuine care. Right from the start, he took the time to understand our interests, likes, and dislikes. No detail was too small for him—from ensuring the carpentry and lighting were absolutely flawless, down to advising us on the color of our bedsheets to make sure everything matched perfectly!

His close supervision throughout the renovation gave us total peace of mind. Every friend who has visited has showered us with compliments, saying how cozy, beautiful, and highly functional the home is.

Thank you, Aric and the 9Atelier team, for your dedication and craftsmanship. If you are looking for a designer who pours his heart into every corner of your home, we highly recommend Aric!”

Thank you, Josephine, for trusting us with your home and for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review.

Nobody expects the kitchen to be the room that stops you mid-scroll. Then you see what a designed one looks like.

Six homes, six kitchens, HDB and condo. Warm wood, sage-green cabinets, full-slab marble, a moonlit mural. Which one would you cook in? 👇

A home designed with intention doesn’t just look good, it changes how you move, rest, and unwind.

Inside this 3-room HDB in Bedok, every flush line, tucked-away storage nook, and warm light pocket was calibrated around daily living. By pairing back the visual noise, the space feels grounded, intuitive, and remarkably calm.

Tell us: what’s one non-negotiable detail you’d need in your own sanctuary? 👇

A 3-room HDB that feels twice its size, all warm timber and soft light.

We wrapped this Bedok North home in oak veneer, curved arches and cove lighting that glows instead of glares. Every corner earns its keep: a slim entry console that doubles as display, a galley kitchen in fluted feature tile and warm oak cabinetry, and a bedroom built around an arched timber headboard with its own reading light and floating nightstand.

Save this for your own reno moodboard, and tag someone house-hunting who needs to see it.

This home multitasks so you don't have to.

A loft bed frees the floor below for a proper study nook, while the staircase up to it doubles as concealed storage. Cabinetry runs floor to ceiling through the kitchen and both bedrooms, so nothing is left floating and nothing sits idle. Even the passage between rooms is put to work, with a lit display run instead of dead wall.
