BELL LAMP: a light of greeting 🔔

This is a lamp that offers a quiet light of welcome to whoever walks through the door. Try printing your favourite phrase or a sentence you want to remember onto the paper tag. It’s also lovely to add things like a door sign, logo or business hours.

You can also change it to a pretty motif you already own — we tried hanging a paper ornament, a knitted motif, and a bookmark, and they were all beautiful. You can browse the gallery to get inspiration on how to style your lamp.

The bell lamp sold in Singapore comes with a little ceramic white bird and a white paper welcome tag (as pictured in cover image). If you prefer it without the bird, kindly wait for subsequent production runs.

NEW SERIES: INTERIOR LIGHTING
PART I: SUNDAY, 16 AUGUST

Designed and handcrafted by dRising, a design studio based in South Korea. Now known to many of you, the husband-and-wife duo has more than 10 years of experience in designing and crafting lamps and furniture from their studio in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi-do.

Interior lighting has always been their forte. They’ve developed a classic range of warm, functional lighting handcrafted in wood, complete with a range of high quality fittings.

I wish I knew of dRising when I got my first home. Interior lights are permanent fixtures that are part of our daily living, compared to portable or wired lamps that are thought to be for the atmosphere. Big lights vs small lights? My personal thoughts are that interior lighting can achieve the same effect if thoughtfully designed and planned into our homes.

We hoped to in their interior lighting series for a long time, but it made sense only now that we have a studio and shop for customers like you to experience it for yourselves.

There will be a select range of lighting on our online store and in the shop to understand what your interests and preferences; with more designs made available at a later date. All prices will be made publicly available, with an à la carte pricing, and we are working on a catalogue to be published end of the year.

The interior lighting series will be on a preorder basis with a lead time of 4 — 6 weeks, or shorter if it’s a standard design, so that we can offer custom options for the wire colour and length, casing, and etc. That means the interior lighting is tailored just for your lifestyle and your home. We wanted to create accessible options for you while making custom options available at a reasonable timeline.

As we are a small team striving to make this a thoughtful, considered programme, please be patient with us as we handle enquiries and figure out the workflow along the way.

Vignette Frames ☁️

LITTLE SPRING FURNITURE 리틀스프링

Founded by a husband-and-wife duo in Busan, South Korea more than 10 years ago, Little Spring Furniture is a studio inspired by the seasons of his life. The family shifted to Jeju Island a couple of years ago to be closer to nature.

He spends his days at his workshop and showroom near Songdang-ri, a beautiful neighbourhood surrounded by little birds, roaming cats and nature.

In partnership with Little Spring, we designed a series of artisanal, handcrafted frames that are made to order.

We hope you will enjoy these lovely keepsake pieces and be encouraged to frame up precious memories of yours, and keep them for a long time to come.

Boutiques Spring/Summer Edition 2026

Our favourite edition yet. With every season that comes and goes, we take it upon ourselves to do better. Not grander in scale, but deeper in concept, greater in risk, and more thought into the tiniest details. It’s a journey we must undertake to make this one weekend’s experience worth a trip down. We are always one of the first to arrive and last to leave, because it takes every minute to arrange everything into place, one piece at a time. Our favourite phrase to hear is from the most observant of you, who will walk in and say, oh! Look at this! Look at that! It’s truly a delight for us to meet lovely like-minded folks with whom we can gush over both the little and big things in life — and to share a sense of wonder and joy.

Thank you, we are ever so humbled and grateful for the encouragement and love for the brand. New conversations, old friends, common interests, we are especially excited to meet those of you who return to visit every edition. You’re surprised we remember you — but of course, we do! All of you, your sense of wonder and encouragement, is what keeps us going when times are difficult.

This edition, we:
• Did our largest booth yet, love love love having coffee and bakes fresh from the oven
• Launched a premium collection of statement lamps loved by you,
• Premiered an original art collection with a Korean artist and sold some of the original works, proceeds donated to animal shelters
• Designed our own display furniture, and more.

Boutiques is a whirlwind of energy, nostalgia and the comfort of familiarity; where art and design transcend cultures and connects people even without the need for words. We’re so glad to be in this space, to learn and discover the world together.

an original collection of art and living goods

We first met Hyemin when we visited , a chocolate shop in Jeju. We asked about the paintings in the shop and were directed by the owner to visit the artist studio upstairs. For the first time ever in my life, I bought my first, original painting of a dog snuggled in its blanket. I turned the frame around and was so surprised to see that the painting is named “Rest”. She told me that she searched for happiness everywhere, only to find that it was beside her all along; so it was a moment that she wanted to hold on to. She then left me with the words, “당신도 곁에 가까이에 있는 행복을 자주 들여다 보세 요. 굿럭! Look into the happiness you have around you often. Good luck!”

I only returned to Jeju more than a year later, and we met by coincidence at a café we both visit often (it’s muusu!). I was really surprised and thankful that she remembered me. We met at the chocolate shop once more, & put pen to paper working on this collection together since the beginning of 2026. This is her first international collaboration, and I’m so so so excited to share her art with you.

Hyemin is an artist living in Jeju. She discovers value in the margins of daily life and ordinary objects, translating them into various textures and perspectives. She feels most free when walking across a blank canvas with honest lines and clear colours. And she hopes her finished scenes can become a small ‘home’ where someone can take a brief breath of rest.

About the collection
We had a shared vision of what comfort and rest meant to us. There are 3 original paintings, in which she captures different forms of rest through peaceful beings and gentle landscapes we encounter in daily life. Rest where it’s okay to do nothing, where we simply enjoy the things around, and rest that comes from the tranquility of being together.

The original paintings are available (price upon request), also as signed framed prints or posters in limited edition. There will also be an exclusive series of living goods — t-shirts, paperweights, and tapes — made in Korea only.
