We're expanding our marketing team.

Dreamakers Interior is looking for a Marketing Executive. If you can run a brand's Xiaohongshu in Mandarin, shoot and edit content on a reno site, and manage Meta and Google Ads on your own, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do:
• Own our Xiaohongshu, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Shoot and edit photos and videos at our project sites
• Run and report on our Meta and Google Ads
• Follow up and qualify leads over WhatsApp and phone

What you'll need:
• 2 to 3 years in digital, social or performance marketing
• Mandarin proficiency, since our XHS content and replies are in Chinese
• Adobe, DaVinci Resolve or Canva skills
• Able to work independently and with a small team

What you'll get:
• Hybrid, 5-day work week
• PC and camera gear provided
• Transport to sites reimbursed
• Performance incentives and 13th month bonus

When I sit down with a client, the first thing I ask is how they actually use their space. For this project, I knew that ceiling-height cabinets would be wasted storage unless we solved the reach problem properly.

So I added a library ladder on a rail system. It slides along the full run of cabinets, everything above is now accessible, and it adds a design feature the kitchen would not have had otherwise.

Full height. Zero wasted space. And a detail that makes people stop and look twice.
